Job Description: The Alberta Health and Safety Training Institute is looking to hire another dynamic member for our team! Reporting to the First Aid Program Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for delivering First Aid/CPR/AED training and recertification courses. MUST BE available to work a minimum of 1 weekend per month and evenings ARE required. Along with the flexibility to work from varying locations within Red Deer and/or Calgary. Candidates must have a current Red Cross First Aid Instructor certificate, as well as excellent communication skills.
Job Pay: $18.00 / hour
Job Description: The Heart & Stroke BLS Instructor is responsible for delivering Heart and Stroke Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (Level C) training and re-certification courses. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed is required, as well as the ability to work from varying locations within Calgary and the surrounding area for offsite bookings. Applicants must possess the following qualifications: *Heart and Stroke BLS Instructor certification. *Completion of high school or equivalency, some post-secondary programs. *Customer service experience. *Excellent communication and organizational skills. *Commitment to provide excellent client service with an open attitude to working with a diverse population. *Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
Job Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Description: The Customer Service Associate is a professional member of our team reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. The incumbent performs administrative duties ranging from general office tasks to acting as special assistants in particular departments. The incumbent is also responsible for answering questions and inquiries, resolve customer problems and provide information about company policies, programs and services over the phone, by fax, via the internet and in person. This position is located at our Calgary - South campus.
Job Pay: Wage: $15/hour Position will remain open until suitable candidate has been found.
