6 month - Full Time Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the incumbent performs administrative duties ranging from answering questions and inquiries, resolving customer problems to providing information about company policies, programs and services.We are looking for a person is able to cover shifts daytime or evening Mon - Fri and weekends when needed. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: •Respond to and register customers in programs via telephone, in person e-mail or fax. •Provide information about services, policies and programs. •Great customers and direct them to contacts or classroom areas. •Obtain and process the information required to serve customers and resolve issues. •Maintain policies and procedures for payment practices. •Process payments (cash, direct debit and credit card) and provide transaction records. •Printing, photocopying and creating of course documents. •Perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail. •Ensure customers have appropriate materials for their program. Qualifications: •Completion of high school or equivalency, some post-secondary programs. •Excellent communication and organizational skills. •Experience with Windows and general office equipment •Commitment to provide excellent client service with an open attitude to working with a diverse population. •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. •Strong problem solving and decision making skills. •Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Must be willing to work in both the North East and South East Calgary locations

Job Pay: $15.00 / hr

Job Description: Calgary and Red Deer areas! The Alberta Health and Safety Training Institute is looking to hire another dynamic member for our team! Reporting to the First Aid Program Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for planning effective, motivating, safe instructor courses and reviewing instructor candidates backgrounds, skills, and knowledge to ensure they are appropriate Candidates. Incumbants must also evaluate candidates according to the criteria set by the Canadian Red Cross for successful completion as well as maintain complete and accurate records and reports of Instructor courses. This is a part time position in either our Calgary or Red Deer facility.

Job Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Description: The Alberta Health & Safety Training Institute is seeking qualified EMT’s for casual employment in the position of Medical Standby. Staff will be required to work evenings and weekends at many different events and locations throughout the Calgary area. Events include, but are not limited to, corporate parties, concerts, sporting events, rodeos, movie sets, and job sites. Successful candidates will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
